The girls are in the toy story with Dad. Father wants to go explore the trains (as much for a gift as for himself.) The girls notice some magic. Then they find Emily the Emerald fairy. They know her jewel must be nearby. They find it in a stuffed cat's eye. Just as they are about to get it, a goblin swoops down in a toy airplane and graps the stuffed cat. They have plenty of fun using some toys and a bit of fairy magic to finally get the stuffed cat and the emerald. Then they find dad, who now has plans for a train set of his own. The toy shop setting makes for a fun goblin fight sequence.
