The Rainbow: A Novel by Yasunari Kawabata, translated by Haydn Trowell
People are living in post-war Japan. A family comes to terms with different relationships and a father with multiple mothers. A train and rainbow play an important role. The book p=pretty much happens, with out much to draw me in.
