There Was a Coyote Who Swallowed a Flea by Jennifer Ward (Author), Steve Gray (Illustrator)
A coyote swallows a flea. Then it swallows something else, eventually swallowing the moon. It is the same as the "old woman who swallowed a..." books. There is some innovation in the book, but it gets too long and wordy.
