The Book with No Pictures by B. J. Novak
This is a "picture book" with no pictures. It starts out with something resembling a story. Then it it becomes a vehicle for the reader to make silly sounds for the child listening. It is meant for an adult ot read out loud to a kid. The kid will get kicks out of the "silliness" that is read.
