A Voyage to Cacklogallinia by Samuel Brunt
After an encounter with runaway slaves, a man finds himself in a land ruled by chickens. The chickens treat the man as an inferior species. The man is able to learn their system of governance and culture, which he describes in detail. This satirizes the western culture and the positions that people find themselves in. It is well written, but the biggest fault is that it is too extreme, making the "chickens" feel just like men.
