Confessions of Saint Augustine

Confessions of Saint Augustine by Saint Aurelius Augustinus translated by Edward B. Pusey

These are a bunch of thoughts from Saint Augustine. Many deal with his personal struggles. Why should he want to be with a woman? Is having a wife good? How does Manichaeism help him go towards the good? Will he help make is mom happy by turning from his wild ways to Catholicism? It is a personal struggle to live a life of goodness. It has something of a narrative, but it is fairly random in organization.
