I'm Not Scared, You're Scared by Seth Meyers and Rob Sayegh Jr.
A bear is afraid of everything. He won't even look in the mirror because he will see a bear there. He has a friend that is a rabbit that is not afraid of anything. They go out on a short trip. Through each step, bear is afraid and takes a detour (such as taking a bus around to get to a place where he can walk over a creek rather than wade through a few inches of water.) Eventually they reach a rickety bridge. That was just too much for bear, so he goes back home. But then rabbit runs into trouble on the bridge. A bird flies back to tell bear. He races to rabbit, forgetting all his fears. Bear is able to rescue rabbit, and now his overcome his fear. It is not a bad book, but not super great either.
