The book does as described. It goes through many different animals to answer the question of whether they fart. Some animals very clearly pass gas. (Most mammals fall into this group.) Some don't. (birds). There are also plenty of maybes. Plenty of small bugs seem to. There are fish which may be considered to pass gas. Some animals reuse it for various purposes. This seems like a good book to have by the toilet for reading while expelling gas.
